Attendee Information

For those planning on attending the 2013 Spring Institute, here are some documents that may be helpful to you:

  • Sacramento has a large number of delicious restaurants! Please see this restaurant guide with links to all the best spots. 
  • Find your way around the Sacramento Holiday Inn with this helpful map of the floorplan.
  • Getting to CalExpo from the Holiday Inn for the Harness Races on Friday evening is easy with this handy map and guide.  We encourage our attendees to car pool over and back.   Parking is free at CalExpo. Buffet dinner is from 6:15 – 8:15 pm with a Race named after NOCALL at 8 pm.

General Registration (postmarked by March 11, 2013):

Institute registration includes admission to program sessions, Friday Box lunch & Evening Beer Tasting Reception, Saturday breakfast & luncheon.


Hotel

Rooms at the Sacramento Holiday Inn are $102 per night for standard rooms or suite (as available). Room rates quoted are exclusive of local taxes and assessment fees. Room images available online.

For the discounted rate, reservations must be made by March 10, 2013.
Reservations can be made by calling the Reservation Department at 1-877-834-3613 or (916) 446-0100

Attendees must reference the Northern CA Association of Law Libraries or ANO when making the reservation for the guaranteed rate. Self-parking for hotel guests is $14 per night ($17 per night for valet parking).

Vendors save the date! Northern California’s premier law librarian continuing education Institute is offered this year in Sacramento, CA, April 12 – 13, 2013. This is an excellent opportunity to share your products and ideas with law librarians from all types of libraries, including law firms, law schools, government agencies, the courts, corporations and public law libraries.
