Memorials Committee

 The chair is appointed by the President for a term to be determined by the Executive Board. The Chair may appoint additional members as needed.

 1. Charge.

• To recommend courses of action to take to memorialize deceased NOCALL members in a manner that is accessible to all members. To implement such courses of action as the Executive Board approves.

 2.  Duties

• Report to the Executive Board regarding recommendations.
• Other duties to be determined.
