Regardless of the weather forecast, there WILL be sunshine in San
Francisco as NOCALL and SLA combine to present "Sunshine Week," a
webcast from Washington, D.C. that will give a critical and interesting
one-year review of the Obama Administration, plus a very exciting local
panel to discuss state and local government initiatives to make
information available and searchable for everyone.
